Who runs this site
SPSVexam.ie is run by Avlas Digital, a business name registered with the Companies Registration Office. Address: Apt 2, Park House, The Square, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, F12 HE97, Ireland. Contact: [email protected].
The site is an independent study aid for the National Transport Authority’s SPSV Driver Entry Test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NTA.
Not the real questions
The NTA does not publish its question bank. Our Industry Knowledge questions are our own, written from the Official Manual for Operating in the SPSV Industry (Edition 8.0), and each one cites the section it is based on. Area Knowledge questions are built from OpenStreetMap and Google Maps data. Passing our mocks does not guarantee passing the real test.
Free and paid access
Without paying you can use the demo: the first Manual chapter in full, a sample of every Area Knowledge topic for your county, one full mock exam, and all guides.
Full access costs €39, paid once, and lasts 6 months from the day of payment. It covers both modules, all 26 counties, unlimited mock exams and your progress saved to your account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and we never charge your card again.
Full access is personal. One account, one learner. Sharing a login or copying the question bank for redistribution or resale is not permitted and ends your access without refund.
Pass guarantee
If you sit the real Driver Entry Test during your access period and fail either module, email us a photo of your NTA result sheet and we extend your access by another 6 months at no charge. There is no limit on how many times you can claim, as long as each claim is for a sitting that took place while your access was active.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, no reason needed. Details are on the refunds page.
Your account
You log in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that address working. We may close accounts used to scrape or share content. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Accuracy
We check content against the Manual and official sources, but rules, fares and fees change. The Manual and nationaltransport.ie are the only authoritative sources. If you spot an error, use the “Report this question” link under any answer or email [email protected], and we will fix it.
Use of content
You may use the site for your own study. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Irish law, Avlas Digital is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including test fees or lost income. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If we cannot settle a dispute directly, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform or the Irish courts.
