Before you pay, the demo is free and there is plenty of it: the whole of Industry Knowledge chapter 1, 5 free questions of every Area Knowledge topic in your county, one full mock exam on the real clock, every guide and every county page. That is how you check the questions suit you.
No cooling-off period
Access opens the second your payment goes through. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but that right does not apply where you ask for the content to be delivered straight away and confirm you know that this waives the 14 days. You do exactly that by ticking the box next to the Pay button, and we repeat it in the email you get after paying. So we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. The pass guarantee below is what we offer instead.
Pass guarantee
Failed the real test while your access was active? Send a photo of the NTA result sheet (the one they hand you at the test centre) to hello@spsvexam.ie and we add another 6 months, free. You can claim for every failed sitting during your access. We do not ask why you failed.
Something broken
If the site did not work for you (payment taken but no access, login link not arriving, charged twice by mistake), email us first. We fix it the same day or refund in full, your choice.
