14 days, no questions
Full access costs €39 once. If it is not what you expected, email [email protected] from the address you paid with within 14 days of payment and say “refund”. We refund the full amount to the same card, usually within two working days; your bank may take another few days to show it. Access ends when the refund is issued.
This is your cooling-off right under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Because you get the content straight after paying, you agree at checkout that access starts immediately. We still honour the 14 days in full.
After 14 days
We do not refund after 14 days, but the pass guarantee below usually solves the problem a refund would.
Pass guarantee
Failed the real test while your access was active? Send a photo of the NTA result sheet (the one they hand you at the test centre) to [email protected] and we add another 6 months, free. You can claim for every failed sitting during your access. We do not ask why you failed.
Something broken
If the site did not work for you (payment taken but no access, login link not arriving), email us first. We fix it the same day or refund, your choice.
